Wednesday, March 28, 2007, 04:56 PM EST [General]

I know this has nothing to do with bowling, but I had to post it.

Why is Sanjaya still on American Idol??

    I did it again!

Sunday, March 25, 2007, 04:34 PM EST [General]

I bowled my 500-600 Doubles Tournament.  It was 66 today and the bowling alley was extremely humid.  So of course everyone was sticking, my hands were swollen and because of all of that I had no mental game.  Even with all of that....me and my girlfriend still took 1st Place!

Sounds like you're doing better and better. Way to go. Tony

I did a little better last night with a 669 series. My only complaint was that the lanes were fairly easy and I should have done better, but I can't complain too much. I went with a little higher backswing and went straight down 10 and in. It worked pretty well for the most part, although I did leave three 8-10 splits from too much speed and not enough hand. I might sub tonight in a classic league, so we'll see how it goes. Tony

Way to go! That's fantastic for a converted lefthander. Good luck on your surgery. I bowled lefthanded for about 6 weeks one time and didn't do too bad. I think my main problem right now is that I went to a more aggressive ball and it just didn't work for me. As you can see from my videos, my style is pretty uncomplicated, so the KISS method is my goal tonight with the equipment I was using before. Take care and thanks for the advice. Tony
